I had an enjoyable stay at Springhill Suites By Marriott New York Manhattan/Times Square South. The location was fantastic, the room immaculate, and the service top-notch. The welcome event was a highlight! Only downside was the crowded elevators. Overall, a memorable experience worth revisiting.

The room was cozy, with a firm bed and all the amenities needed. Breakfast was a highlight with a variety of options. The staff was attentive, especially during ticket mishaps. Location was convenient, a short walk from Times Square. Tight elevators, but stairs were a good alternative. Great stay overall.

It was surely a pleasant stay of 7 nights. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, blinds and blackout drapes. Check in was super.

I chose this hotel for attending an annual general meeting because it provides 2000 square feet of space consisting of conference space and a meeting room, along with amenities like a 24-hour business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. The staff was accommodating and the meeting room was well-equipped, making my work activities smooth and convenient.

The only service that I missed for my work was faster and more reliable Wi-Fi.

Staff were best, everything was great, the location was perfect and close to everything. Early check in and late check out. We had a great time here and would come here again.

The hotel required a significant deposit which was held for 15 days. Breakfast lacked healthy options and had excessive disposable items. Overall, a reasonably priced option with friendly staff and a convenient location near Penn Station and the Empire State Building.

The staff is incredible, Tabitha & Jonathan made check in/ check out super smooth. The breakfast has a variety of delicious items to start the day off right. Rooms are modern and clean. And the location is close to Broadway, Times Square, Penn station and shopping. Having Madison Square Garden and Central Park close by added to our relaxation and family bonding. The Junkies around the area were concerning, but landmarks like Manhattan Skyline and Rockefeller Center made our stay memorable. The noise and elevator wait times were minor inconveniences. a good value for families seeking comfort and convenience in NYC.

Although my stay was brief, I did notice that the room I booked was smaller than expected, not matching the spacious suite I had envisioned from the online images. However, given the short duration of my stay and my busy schedule, I decided to overlook this minor inconvenience.
